My approach
I approach design as a tool for sensemaking, systems-shifting, and meaningful change. My process is grounded in human-centered research, guided by strategic clarity, and shaped through collaborative co-creation. I’m drawn to complexity — especially the invisible structures beneath products, services, and cultures — and I design with both insight and imagination to navigate ambiguity and reframe challenges. Whether working at the level of teams, communities, or experiences, I aim to make the unseen visible, move ideas into form, and ensure the people most affected are at the center of the work.
